I have a thing for the Target Dollar Spot. It’s like they had me in mind when they made everything. One day I realized I had amassed a collection of stamps aaand most of them had never seen an ink pad in their lives. So one day I added some into the dough and the rest was history.
MATERIALS
- Stamps (ANY stamps)
- Dough (ANY kind, from homemade play dough to store-bought dough)
- (We are using this “cloud clay” in the photo and it’s a fluffy, lightweight, smooth dough that we cannot get enough of)
DIRECTIONS
Set this up for an open-ended, free-choice center where the kids can stamp until their little hearts are content! They can stamp all sorts of designs then simply roll their dough back out for a new, fresh “canvas.” A fun, interactive, unconventional way to use the stamps that you were going to buy anyway but were likely never going to use. Ha!
