Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your order was received damaged, please contact us immediately at info@friendsartlab.com. Returns sent back without prior written approval from Friends Art Lab will not be accepted. Authorized returns will be issued back to the original form of payment within 14 business days.
For items returned to Friends Art Lab by the shipping vendor for reasons such as invalid delivery address, return to sender, no forwarding address, etc., a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment within 14 business days. Original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a 20% restocking fee are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable. These amounts will be deducted from the refunded amount.
