What is a giant Thanksgiving coloring banner?

Our giant coloring banners are really, really, really big coloring pages.

I’m talking really big!

They’re 10 feet long, filled with hand-drawn, adorable designs, and fun for kids and adults of all ages.

As the holidays approach, schedules can quickly become full and overwhelming.

A giant coloring banner is the perfect activity for seasonal fun that’s interactive, relaxing, and appropriate for kids and adults of all ages.

Adding colors to turkeys, pies, leaves, sunflowers, food, and other (adorable) Thanksgiving designs is the perfect moment for catching your breath.

How to use a giant Thanksgiving banner

The possibilities for using a giant coloring banner are endless!

With the Thanksgiving theme, you can

  • Use it as a pre- or post-dinner activity to keep the kids entertained
  • Use it as the tablecloth for the Thanksgiving table so everyone can eat and color together
  • Save the completed banner and use it as wrapping paper for holiday gifts
  • Bring it to a school party
  • Send one in the mail to loved ones you might not see on Thanksgiving (we can ship banners anywhere in the US!)

You don’t have to color everything in one sitting, either! Simply roll it up between uses and unroll when ready to color again.

Some people use blue painter’s tape to tape their banners to a wall so kids can color whenever they want, too.

The history of our giant coloring banners

We have been making giant coloring banners for years at our preschool, and we launched banners for sale in the Fall of 2020.

For yeeeears people online asked us to sell the banners that they saw us use with our preschoolers, and for yeeeears my mom encouraged me to do so, too. I eventually drew a Fall banner and gave it to my mom. She worked her magic, and here we are. 💕

It has been the biggest joy to share a product we wholeheartedly love and believe in with thousands of kids, families, classrooms, and more.

And guess what?!

The banners are a women-in-business operation from us (Friends Art Lab is run by my mom and I 💕) to our commercial printer (a woman-owned company).

You will love your giant Thanksgiving coloring banner

And they’re like chips – once you try one, you’ll fall in love with them, and your kids will look forward to more during other seasons and holidays.

Thank you for being here, and I can’t wait to hear about your banner in action!

xo,

K
